This notice applies to the INKQ One website and launch list. INNOFUN DIGITAL ENTERTAINMENT LLC operates this site and is the controller responsible for deciding how the personal information collected here is used.

Who operates this site

What we collect

The email address you submit, your email consent and its time, the time you confirmed that address, the page language and path, campaign tags (UTM parameters) in the link you used, and the referring website’s domain. We do not ask for your name, payment details or account password.

Why and how we use it

When you check the consent box, we rely on your consent to store your email and related sign-up attribution, record your interest, send project updates and the Kickstarter launch link, and understand which channels bring sign-ups. We also process necessary network request information for our legitimate interests in delivering and protecting the site, preventing abuse and diagnosing failures.

Signing up sends one confirmation email to the address you gave. Until you open the link in it, your address stays unconfirmed and receives nothing further. Signing up here does not create a Kickstarter account, follow a project or make a payment.

Storage and service providers

Cloudflare provides our website infrastructure, our list database and the delivery of the confirmation email. Cloudflare also processes network request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the service. Our mailing-list table does not store IP addresses. Information may be processed outside your country.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views: it sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not follow you across other websites. For advertising measurement we also use the Meta (Facebook) pixel together with Meta’s Conversions API, so we can tell which ad brought someone here and whether that visit ended in a sign-up. That does set Meta advertising cookies and shares your IP address, browser details and those cookie identifiers with Meta, which acts as its own controller for that data. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland it loads only after you agree; elsewhere it loads by default and you can switch it off below at any time. Declining changes nothing else on this site. We do not send your email address to Meta, and we use no other advertising pixels. We will update this notice before connecting a bulk email provider for campaign sending. We use the list only for the INKQ project emails you agreed to receive and do not sell it to advertisers.

Retention, withdrawal and your rights

We keep the list during the project’s pre-launch period and while you wish to receive updates. We delete or stop using the information when the project ends, it is no longer needed or you withdraw consent, except where a record must be retained by law.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your information and withdraw email consent. Your exact rights depend on where you live, and you may also complain to your local data-protection authority. The team handles privacy requests manually and may need to verify email ownership before deleting or sharing data.
