This website is operated by the INKQ project team to introduce INKQ One, a product in development, and collect email sign-ups for project updates and a Kickstarter launch notification.

What we collect

The email address you submit, your email consent and its time, the page language and path, campaign tags (UTM parameters) in the link you used, and the referring website’s domain. We do not ask for your name, payment details or account password.

How we use it

We use this information to record your interest, send project updates and the launch link, and understand which channels bring sign-ups. At this stage, signing up saves your email without sending an immediate confirmation email; email ownership has not yet been verified. Signing up here does not create a Kickstarter account, follow a project or make a payment.

Storage and service providers

Cloudflare provides our website infrastructure and list database. Cloudflare also processes network request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the service. Our mailing-list table does not store IP addresses. Information may be processed outside your country.

We currently use no advertising pixels, third-party behavioral analytics or marketing tracking cookies. We will update this notice before connecting an email delivery provider. We use the list only for the INKQ project emails you agreed to receive and do not sell it to advertisers.

Retention and withdrawal

We keep the list during the project’s pre-launch period and while you wish to receive updates. You can request removal below, or unsubscribe through future marketing emails. The team handles privacy requests manually and may need to verify email ownership before deleting or sharing data. We will clear the list when the project ends or the information is no longer needed.
